Kids Kudos
Today, in many parts of the world, multiple efforts are being expended to help the state of people and the earth. Fostered by a sense of humanity, the love of God or just sheer kindness, the truth remains that we’re all making a difference.
Below are a sample of letters we receive from children who feel blessed to now have access to books and library recourses in their schools and communities.
Together, we’ve made it happen, and will continue to make it happen…and we join the kids in saying kudos to all.

Thank you for giving us books here at Mdelway Hlongwane Primary School. Your books was so nice and beautiful, I enjoyed them.
The book that I was holding, it was Black Beauty. It teaches me so many things that I was don’t know. From that day I started to know when I read this book.
Chris may you bring more books so that we can learn many things from that books.
Chris please help me find a friend from one of the student in Canada’s schools.

Dear Smile Africa
I’m writing this letter to thank Chris Ellom for the things that you’ve done for us and thanks to Oupa for the photos (with) Miss South Africa, 1998. The book that I’ve reading is talking about Gorillas and it was wonderful and thanks for the flag that you gave me. One day I will give you one of South Africa and I will like to meet you. Again thanks Smile Africa and I will like to get another book. Keep those books coming. I want to read another wonderful book.
